Justin joined WAVE following 14+ years of consulting experience in business and intangible asset valuation with KPMG and Grant Thornton. In his prior roles, he served clients in a wide range of industries for a variety of purposes including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and tax structuring. Justin’s clients spanned the full business lifecycle from start-ups to public companies and included many early-stage companies with nascent technologies and evolving business models.
At KPMG, Justin served in consecutive rotations in the national office (Department of Professional Practice and Washington National Tax). He also developed technical guidance as 1 of 10 voting members on KPMG’s Valuation Services Technical Committee and led several work-streams responsible for developing and maintaining valuation models used by KPMG teams internationally. Justin received his BS with High Distinction in Business and MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
