Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) and Nondestructive Testing (NDT) equipment are now required elements in the manufacturing and engineering of most of the world’s industries, especially in aviation, travel, and in the increasing use of products from computer aided design CAD and computer-based modeling using ever evolving composite materials.
Leveraging the work of David Jack, PhD and his team at Baylor, Verifi Technologies is developing an autonomous NDE system (ANDE) solution and NDT now has a new solution. Using modified ultrasound processing and unique proprietary control systems, composite materials in aircraft, automobiles, racing bikes, and military equipment now has an option to provide onsite, real time structure analysis at previously unavailable specificity. These solutions for manufacturing and operational equipment testing are game-changing compared to existing techniques, and can lower manufacturing costs and reduce down-time caused by safety testing.
