WAVE was formed in 2019 by Allen Page, JD, CPA and Brian Woods, MD after many months of meetings to address the new bold mandate from Baylor University President Linda Livingstone to advance the commercialization path for Baylor University technologies, and an ultimate desire to reach R-1 University status. With rapid success across the initial portfolio companies in the new models developed, WAVE chose to scale and add several key assets in the form of additional partners, principals, in house legal support, and business services support in the summer of 2022. We are now prepared to match the pace requested by our first university partner, Baylor University, and look forward to accelerating results with the out bounding of new Baylor technologies, along with other market and university technologies, each year.
